For more than 23 years, Robyn Santucci, M.S., C.F.L.S. has devoted her legal career exclusively to family law. Robyn’s educational background, including her graduate training and credentials in Clinical Psychology, contributes significantly to her adept grasp of the multifaceted nature of family law. Robyn represents a range of clients: professionals, stay-at-home parents, actors and entertainers, corporate executives, solo business owners, and entrepreneurs. Experience
Robyn began her legal career in 2001 at the prestigious San Francisco-based Hersh FamilyLaw Practice, where she handled a full range of family law matters. Her work included representing high net worth individuals and collaborating on precedent-setting custody cases. During Robyn’s decade long tenure at the esteemed Phillips Lerner, ALC, in Los Angeles, she gained extensive experience representing high profile family law litigants. As a Principal of the firm, she brought her own perspective to complex dissolutions and high-conflict custody disputes. In 2012, Robyn was certified as a specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization for her demonstrated proficiency, high level of legal experience, and favorable evaluations by colleagues and judges familiar with her work.
Robyn graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was awarded the “Best Brief” award for recognized excellence in legal research and drafting. Robyn served as a judicial extern for San Francisco Superior Court Family Law Commissioners, the Honorable Marjorie Slabach and the Honorable Susan King, as well as interned in the domestic violence unit of the San Francisco office of the District Attorney. In 2015-2024, Robyn was named to the Super Lawyers of Southern California list by the Los Angeles Magazine which also recognized her as a “Rising Star” for five years starting in 2007. we handle family law cases and what is family law it is synonymous with divorce so we handle all aspects of divorce whether it be property division spousal support child support if you have children and child custody we also do parentage cases which is known as paternity cases to most people but that involves two people who have kids together but we’re never married so pretty much the full exam of family law.

What should you look for in hiring a family law attorney I would say somebody first and foremost that you have a good rapport with someone that is very personable you’re going to be disclosing a lot of personal information delicate sensitive information to them so you want somebody that you can communicate well with that’s prompt in getting back to you that you have a level of trust that you’re going to be able to have a good relationship and then somebody that has a wide body of know about family law they can spot issues in your case they know what further research is going to be needed investigation of the facts they need to have enough years of experience I think and expertise in the area so that they can help you develop a case plan and then finally certainly somebody that’s practical that wants to figure out what your goals are to work through them one by one to get to where you want to not blow up the case into something that’s complicated unmanageable for you but that can really figure out where you want to go in the most cost effective and practical way possible.
